Mumbai: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been seeking answers from Civil Administration and Ruler of Shiv Sena for delays in applying for the Ministry of Union for the Environment, Forest and Climate Change that no housing or commercial construction will be permitted together.

Overcoming a press conference at the BJP state headquarters in Mumbai on Tuesday, Ashish Shelar said he only highlights what comptroller and general auditors (CAG) said in the report on the coastal road.
“Mumbaikars has the right to find out why reclamation has been carried out the absence of experts, why no traffic analysis has been carried out and why a detailed project report is disabled as highlighted by CAG,” he said.
Shelar said BJP did not oppose the project but highlighted the deviations carried out by corporations in the public interest.
“We have raised the issue of RS 1600 which is exaggerated to consultants and contractors.
The CAG report issued our complaints,” he said.
According to the BMC CAG report under the BMC Law no right to build a tunnel for coastal roads, Shelar said.
“Because all of these problems regarding the environment of the Minister of Environment must answer to the people of Mumbai,” he said.
