New Delhi: Citing a written statement in the High Court by the Government of Delhi and Maharashtra, BJP on Wednesday criticized Congressman Rahul Gandhi and Delhi CM Arvind Kornwal for attacking the center to state that there was no death due to lack of oxygen, when their government has specifically denied things the same in court.
Sambit Patra, BJP spokesman, emphasized that public health is the subject of the country and that the answer is based on the report provided by the state government and UTS.
He accused the congress and AAP spoiled small politics and double standards.
He said AAP made a big problem 21 deaths at Golden Jaipur Hospital in April, connected them with a lack of oxygen.
However, in a written statement in court, the government of the Kejrianwi quoted a report on the committee of experts to deny the lack of oxygen as a cause of death.
He said the Maharashtra government proposed a written statement before Bombay HC to deny reports that people had died of lack of oxygen during the second wave of Covid.
