Ranchi: The day after Hemant’s head minister gave a nod to the CBI investigation to investigate the alleged murder of Dhanbad, the Magistrate District Magistrate Uttam Anand, BJP opposition on Sunday claimed credit for the move, said the hands of Soren were forced by their sustainable campaign against the “inefficiency” of the government States.
Anand died after he was hit by an autorickshaw during the trip last morning.
The police have arrested two people in connection with the incident and special investigation team (sitting) were investigating this case.
Speaking with reporters at the Party office, Head of BJP State and Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash claimed that they had demanded the CBI probe since the 1st day of crime.
“The murder of the judge has not only rocked the judiciary but also a testimony of the return of the forest of Raj in Jharkhand,” he said.
Prakash also talks about various state problems and announces that from August 20 and so on, the party will hit a walk through various campaigns against the “unpopular” and “anti-people” government.
“The way the law and order in the country has demeaned every day since the Hemant government assumed the office 18 months backwards, reminiscent of the ‘Forest Raj’ then Prasad.
At present, the situation is such that after 7pm, people are afraid of going out on the road,” he said , By stating that the graph of state crime increased, said Prakash, “so far this year, 780 murders have occurred in the state and in 2020, a total of 1898 murders occurred.
In 2020, there were 1,791 rape cases and 632 rape had occurred this year.
In the last 18 months, the total number of cruel crimes has crossed 10,000-mark.
This is Hemant Sarkar.
“The Jharkhand High Court also recently expressed concern over the legal situation and order and dubbed the murder of the Dhanbad judge and an advocate in Ranchi as a direct attack on democracy and justice.
Sweeping the problem, Prakash added, “The observations of the high court against poor police in the state must have been embarrassing the government.” Veteran BJP members also questioned why the tirkey case, a female police officer who died in a mysterious state in his official quarter at Sahibanj in June, was not submitted to the CBI.
“Family has demanded the CBI Probe and BJP, has asked for it.
Why does the Hemant government attack from him? This proves that something was suspicious about the incident,” he said.
Prakash also dropped a lot on the JMM-Congress-RJD Alliance Government, saying it has delayed voters with false promises providing five lakh jobs per year just to achieve power but now run away from him.
“The government has announced 2021 as ‘Niyukti Varsh’ (year of work) but ironically, a number of teenagers struggled on the streets to find work.
Be a teacher of paraggus, workerfare workers, candidates for civil servants, contract workers …
all crying today,” He said, digging at the Chairman of the Minister of Hemant Soren, who reportedly said he would retire from politics if he could not fulfill his promise.
Prakash added, “from five lakh plus government posts, more than three lakhes are currently empty but the state government flies from filling them.
Before the election, Soren said that he would take ‘sanyas’ if he could not give five lakh jobs per year .
He must at least fulfill this promise.
