KOLKATA: BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari on Thursday reported the party has finished the paperwork to back its need for its disqualification of both Mukul Roy, who recently changed from the saffron party into the TMC, in the West Bengal meeting.
But, Adhikari said that he could not submit the files to the meeting secretariat through the afternoon as the get section was closed.
The TMC, but questioned whether Suvendu Adhikari has requested his dad Sisir Adhikari, plus a turncoat, to step because the MP of this Kanthi Lok Sabha seat later connecting the BJP.
Mukul Roy returned into the TMC on June 11 after profiting by the Krishnanagar North chair to a BJP ticket at the recently concluded assembly elections.
He’d united with the saffron party after stopping Mamata Banerjee’s celebration in 2020.
“We’ve readied all of the files to back our requirement for the disqualification of both Mukul Roy in the meeting, who’d won about the BJP’s lotus emblem.
“The receive part of the home was shut now.
When we find it closed again , we’ll mail the records and our correspondence searching Roy’s disqualification.
We’ll do whatever is needed to realise that our requirement,” Adhikari, the resistance leader at the meeting, told reporters.
Due to the requirement, TMC country unit general secretary Kunal Ghosh stated that legislation will take its course but Suvendu Adhikari does not have right to talk about the matter.
“Suvendu should examine the mirror prior to increasing such requirements.
Maybe he asked his dad Sisir Adhikari to stop since the MP of Kanthi, he had won to some TMC ticket” He explained.
