BJP criticized Rahul Gandhi to tweet photos of rape victims, asking for NCPCR to take action

New Delhi: BJP on Wednesday criticized the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to tweeting a photo of a dalit girl in Delhi who was suspected of being raped and killed.
BJP has attacked him and said he had violated the protection of children from the actions of sexual violations (Pocso).
It also asks the National Commission for Protection of Children’s Rights (NCPCR) to acknowledge things and issues notification to the leader of Congress.
In a press conference, BJP spokesman Sambit Patra said Rahul had violated Pocso and other laws that deal with teenagers by tweeting the picture of the girl’s parents because they revealed all aspects of the identity of rape victims were violations.
Rahul Gandhi was also under a sharp attack on the alleged selective protest.
BJP strongly dropped to him for visiting a family of rape and murder victims in Delhi but ignored similar cases in countries ruled by Congress.
“It uses Dalit and the poor to advance your own political agenda,” he said, attacking him.
Sambit Patra accused Rahul Gandhi was interested in advancing his political agenda.
Patra said BJP did not have a problem with Rahul Gandhi visited the victim’s family.
However, Congress leaders must display the same desire in incidents that occur in states ruled by their parties.
In the past, BJP had attacked Rahul Gandhi to visit and spend the night at the Dally’s houses in Uttar Pradesh but ignored them in countries ruled by Congress.
BJP accused Rahul Gandhi using a case of alleged rape and murder of a dalit girl in Delhi southwest to “advance” his political agenda, and assert that the law and orders of the machine had moved quickly to give justice to the families of the victims.
Patra said his party had no problem with Gandhi, who visited the girl’s family before, called on justice but what was cursed was “slakism” of the Gandhi family because they never tweeted or spoke a word in cases of cruelty towards the girls in Congress.
– Honu countries such as Rajasthan, Punjab and Chhattisgarh.
Gandhi previously met the family of a nine-year-old Dialit girl who died here after a suspicion of sexual attacks and confirmed that she was with them on the road to justice and “won’t back down even one inches”.
After meeting the victim’s family, the former Chief of Congress said the family demanded anything other than justice and said that they did not get it and needed all help in this matter.
Patra quoted a number of cases of ceramics and other atrocities on Dalitese girls and women in Rajasthan, Punjab and Chhattisgarh to reach the leader of the congress for “silence”.
“You close your eyes and open only when you think you will have the political benefit of it.
This is terrible,” he said, adding that Delhi’s police had caught four accused in this case.
The daughter of a dalit, of course the Indian daughter, BJP spokesman said quoting Gandhi’s tweet and returned to ask whether Dalit Daughters in countries ruled by this congress were not Indian princesses.
Rajasthan has topped the country in cases of rape, said Patra, citing official figures.
The Rajasthan government has blamed the registration of fake fire which was allegedly by the Dalits for a high number, he claimed.
