BJP demands Help RS 50K / Acre for Hit Hit Farmers

Nagpur: The local BJP unit under the newly chosen MLC Chandrashekhar sties protests at Samvidhan Square on Friday demanding compensation for farmers throughout the state, hit by heavy rain, in the last few days.
Protesters demanded that the Government of Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) immediately announce RS 50,000 per hectare assistance for harmed farmers who have lost the majority of plants due to hail.
According to Bawankule, farmers in various parts of Vidarbha lost their plants such as cotton, tour, gram, wheat.
It puts their family under a large financial burden.
The previous BJP government under former CM Devendra Fadnivis has provided Rs 29 Crore each for the regencies exposed to rain and anal-stale ice.
“There are no MVA ministers who visit the affected farmers, while all Guardian ministers in Vidarbha are missing, when farmers are in crisis.
The entire farmer community in Vidarbha was ignored by the government of the three-party coalition,” said the former Minister.
He warned that BJP would intensify the agitation and stage protest at the village level, if the government failed to provide adequate compensation to farmers.
Bawankule accompanied by Kampee Mla Tekchand Sawarkar and other BJP office carriers.
