Kalyan: A Shiv Sena Corporator VJU Patil along with eight others was ordered to attack a shopkeeper Cum leader BJP Nanik Wadhwa and threatened it with a revolver in Ulhasnagar.
The shopkeeper has opposed the snacks that sell Vada Pav outside the shop.
Angry about this, the corporators, who supported The Hawker, arrived in his Mercedes car with other people and attacked Wadhwa.
Bukit line police have ordered patil and eight others under the allegations of riots and attacks.
However, BJP workers at City on Saturday protested police accused them of helping Patil by chargeing under the normal part of the Indian criminal code and demanding that Patil must be ordered and arrested in an effort to kill charges.
Police said that the victim, Wadhwa, who underwent treatment at a private hospital, had his shop in Ulhasnagar 5, which he had given a rent.
Wadhwa, who was the Secretary of the BJP Youth in Ulhasnagar City, accused it in his rewardman who had recently been a pedder identified as Mohan, starting the Vada Pav stall outside his shop, blocking the shop path for customers.
He accused his complaint that on Friday when he opposed Mohan for running a shop outside his shop, Patil came there in his Mercedes car and several other people in other cars, and they began to attack him.
Wadhwa also accused Patil threatened him with a revolver.
Laxman Sariputra, Senior Police Inspector Police Station Bukit said, “Our team is looking for other charges involved in this case and soon we will be able to catch them.”
