BJP leader from Punjab Head 2 National Panel

Jalandhar: With the appointment of a former police officer and BJP spokesman Iqbal Singh Lalpura as chairman of the Minority National Commission, now two national panels are led by leaders from Punjab.
Vijay Sampla is heading to the National Commission for the scheduled caste (NCSC).
Lalpura, who rose from the ranks of the Punjab Agreement, understood the problem of Punjab and Sikh quite well when he worked in the State Intelligence Department for several years and also functions as a SSP in various districts.
He also wrote a book about Sikhism.
After retiring from the police Punjab and before joining BJP, he worked with activists and Sikh groups.
After Shiromani Akali Dal and BJP disconnected, he had attacked aqually especially in the issue of Sikh, especially Bargari Cosrilege and Behbal Kalan police.
He also questioned the assistance to the head of Gurmeet Salsa Dera Ram Ram Singh in 2007 the blasphemy case because during the allegations of the Badal regime was not submitted against him and he was then dismissed in this case.
