Vadodara: The shocking twin murder occurred in the village of Gorana Palla in Lunawada Taluka in the Mahisagar district where, the BJP Tribhuvandas Panchal (75) veteran member and his wife Jashoda, was killed.
The body of the elderly, who signed a serious injury sign, was found in their homes.
The deceased, which was associated with the Safron Party since Jan Jan Sangg, has gone to Lunawada with his wife for care and they returned on Wednesday afternoon.
The Panchal Gopal, Tribhuvandas cousin and their neighbors, claimed that he met a couple on Wednesday and also spoke to them in the afternoon.
Violations registered by Panchal stated that he did not meet them afterwards.
On Thursday, when Pancal went to buy milk in the morning, a man from the village told him that there was a crowd behind Tribhuvandas’s house.
When he went there to check, Panchus saw Tribhuvandas’s body lying in his home complex.
Panchus further said that the village sarpanch arrived at a place along with the police and when they opened the door of the house, found Jashoda’s body lying in the house.
Deputy Supervisor of Police N V Patel told the media that the body gave birth to a sign of an injury caused by sharp-eyed weapons.
He added that the initial investigation did not signal the robbery as a reason for twins, adding that further investigation was taking place.
Meanwhile, BJP’s source said that Slain leaders were party workers who were committed and that they would take problems with members of the senior and government party.
