Guwahati / Aizawl: The regional version of NDA in the Northeast maintains a wise distance from the border confrontation between Assam and Mizoram, one is regulated by the BJP LED alliance and the second by the Allies in the form of the National Front of the National Mizo CM Zoramthanga (MNF).
Assam CM Himanta Buswa Sarma, who is also the organizer of the Northeast Democratic Alliance (Neda), said on Thursday that the Alliance did not have a role to play in the border upheaval “between two countries and not two parties”.
“This is not a political problem.
Limit disputes are between two countries.
We do not count the sound.
It’s an old dispute.
What is the role of Neda here? Politics is at a different level.
When the MNF fights against Congress or when BJP takes Congress, then Neda comes , “said Sarma.” Here, the conflict between the two countries and not between BJP and MNF.
I cannot leave the land of Assam for the strengthening of Neda.
I may be conventional Neda but first of me CM Assam.
“Sarma shows that the border dispute exists Even when Congress regulates the two countries, with Tarun Gogoi as Assam CM and Lalthanhawla Mizoram’s colleague.
“In 50 years, Congress, despite being in the government of both parties, could not solve this problem.” Deputy Mizoram CM Tawnluia said the fact that MNF The Neda Constituent will not, in any way, influences the government’s decision on the border of Imboglio with its neighbors.
Tawnluia told reporters that the state government would not hesitate to take any action for the sake of Mizoram only because MNF was one of the alliance constituents.
On whether the MNF would pull out from Neda because Sarma’s attitude was thought to be maintained, said Mawnluia had not been discussed.
“With CM Zoramthanga in quarantine, this problem has not been raised.” In the Sarma announcement that Assam will raise the 4,000 command unit to oversee the border, Deputy Mizo.
CM said the state government never wanted to attack first, but would reply like that on Monday, if attacked.
