Ranchi: BJP delegation, led by former Chief of Minister Raghubar and Babulal Marandi, met the Gubulal Ramesh Bais in Raj Bhawan on Friday night and filed a memorandum who was looking for Disqualification Hemant Soren as a member of Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha and removal from the office of the minister’s chairman.
The BJP delegation, in its memorandum, looked for disqualified Soren as a powerful MLA from the Constituency of the Barhait Assembly in Sahebanj District by claiming that he had violated the constitutional provisions and representatives of the People’s Law, 1951.
The delegation claimed that Soren did not meet the requirements to remain in the chair As cm and Mla because he obtained a rental of stone mining for 0.88 acre plots in Angara Maja Ranchi area in September last year.
In his memorandum, BJP claimed that although Soren had registered for renting leasing it in 2008, Ranchi Regency mining officers approved the mining lease supporting him on July 10 last year.
