Mangaluru: KPCC accused the Moodbidri Mla Umanath Kotian from the barge to the police station to help the defendant in the case of ‘Moral Police’ which was reported within the Moodbidri police boundaries on Saturday.
Mangaluru City Police have arrested two young men, belonging to the right-wing organization because it was reported to stop the car and question the person traveling in it.

“Why does BJP MLA Umanath bake the police station and choose the allegations of non-moral police? BJP has been involved in atrocities against women and then protects the defendant.

Two men and a woman belonging to one faith was reportedly traveling with two other women of other faith.

The police, who reached the place and took control of the situation and had registered the case under the IPC 354 section (violence or criminal in a woman with a view to anger, 153 (a) (promoting hostility between different groups), 504 (intentional insults with Intention to provoke violations of peace) and 506 (criminal intimidation).
Samhithraj, 36, and Sandeep Poojary, 34 were arrested in this case.
One of them was suspected of being a rowdy Sheeter.
When contacted, Mla said it was the Moodbidri police who stopped the car and took them Travel in it to the police station.
“The defendant received a guarantee at 9pm.
Is it wrong as a representative of people to choose my organization workers from the police station after they come out with a guarantee?” MLA asked.
However, the District Congress Committee in Dakshina Kannada has not reacted to the incident that.
