Kanpur: The case was registered on Sunday against the Kidwai Nagar BJP Council Chair and sitting Mla Mahesh Trivedi at the Naubasta police station, in connection with the controversial video that became a recent viral.
A trivedi video became a viral on social media, where he was seen asking his supporters to arouse rivals.
He said in a speech that hit them with sticks, sandals, but don’t shoot, rest we will see.
He said twice in the video not to shoot.
The police have registered cases under the relevant IPC section, the code of behavior and threats including violations of the Covid protocol.
Trivedi has been ordered below in section 117 (anyone who commits the commission of violations by the public generally or with the number or class of people exceeds ten) 506 (penalty for criminal intimidation) 171 C (anyone who voluntarily disturbs or tries to disrupt what election rights exercises Even the violations of undue influence on elections) 188 (disobedience to obey the ways announced by civil servants).
269 & 270 (negligatory actions tend to spread infection of dangerous diseases for life) after complaints by members of Tripathi’s Flying Sudhanshu squad team.
