New Delhi: BJP on Tuesday raised objections to the nomination of the Head of Bengal Bengal Banerjee’s head for assembly by the election of Bhabanipur’s constituency, allapsing that he did not reveal the cases delayed by him.
BJP has submitted a letter to Bhabanipur officials who returned, increased objections to the nomination submitted by the Ruling Trinamool (TMC) Congress (TMC) Supremo Mamata Banerjee for general elections to seats.
Bypoll is scheduled to take place on September 30 and the vote count will be held on 3.
October.
BJP has lowered TRIWAL PRIYANKA to Mamata Banerjee.
In a letter to the Bhanbanipur officer who returned, the head of the Election of Tiberwal Sajal Ghosh said: “I, Sajal Ghosh (head of the agent election) from Priyanka Tibhal (Candidate BJP) please ask the nomination / declaration submitted by Mamata Banerjee (candidate)), conjured By the Indian Trinamool Congress Party for the 159 Constituency of the Bhabanipur Assembly for the election to the West Bengal legislative Assembly on the grounds that candidates have failed to reveal in paragraph 5 (ii) information from the pending criminal process delayed by him.
” Ghosh quoted five cases against Mamata Banerjee submitted under various parts of the IPC in various police patterns such as in Geeta Nagar, Jagiroad, North Lakhimpur and Udharbond.

The letter has also quoted two Supreme Court assessments in this matter.
They include the foundation of public interest versus Indian unity and the rise of India versus the Indian and other election commissions.
The opposition leader at the West Bengal Assembly Suvendu Adhikari defeated Mamata Banerjee in the assembly election held earlier this year.
Bypoll in Bhabanipur has been required because Adhikari, former Confidante from Mamata Banerjee, defeated him in Nandigram in the assembly election held in March and April this year.
Priyanka Tibrewal, which has been pasted by BJP against the Minister of Bengal Bengala Barat Mamata Banerjee for Bhabanipur by-election, is a lawyer for cases of violence after the poll in the state.
