Kolkata: Former Bengal Secretary General BJP Sayan Basu, which has been expelled from the party’s State Committee on Wednesday, leaving for Bankura on Thursday, quoting “personal work”, even when the country’s leaders struggled to explain to BJP brass in Delhi.

The source close to the basu confirmed that two Trinamool MLAS congress had visited his residence on Wednesday night.
BJP, however, put speculation of breaks on the loyalty of the basu breaker, said the leader was busy advancing the cause of the party in the polls of Bidhannagar, it would likely be held in the third week of January.
Parties will begin campaigning for the election in 111 civil bodies left from the first week of January.
The poll committee and campaign for every possibility will be prepared this month.

The State Committee has been announced and the poll committee will be immediately ready.” BJP President Sukanta Majumdar, meanwhile, briefed BR L Santhosh (secretary general organization) at a meeting in New Delhi.
Majumdar said there was an accidental effort by Trinamool to create optics that BJP was no longer the main opposition in Kolkata.
“We are close to winning at least 10-15 more seats.
I have not discussed this issue, but the land report from board members suggests we will win more chairs that polls are free and fair,” said Ghosh, who also attended the meeting.
The leaders insisted that the continuous attack on BJP workers was proof that the party was the main trinamool rival in the state.
