Lucknow: BJP is ready with the first list of 172 candidates for upper elections, most of them for chairs that will go to the poll in the first three phases, after the meeting in New Delhi on Thursday put the agreement seal on the names that are likely to be declared on the day Friday or Saturday.
As reported by TOI on Thursday, CM Yogi Adityanath ended to be lowered in Ayodhya and Deputy Keshav Prasad Maurya at Sirathu.
Maurya was elected from Sirathu in 2012.
Other CM representatives, Dinesh Sharma, can compete from Lucknow North, Lucknow East or Bakshi Ka Talab.
