BJP strategy contrasts for the agrarian community

JaLandhar: In a contrast study, BJP replaces the main minister in Gujarat to give a position to representatives of the dominant agrarian community there, Patels or Patels, to calm the community, but in Punjab, the party adopts a reverse strategy -a-vis JAT Sikhs.
In Haryana, BJP managed to experiment with this reverse strategy so that the dominant JATS is politically, the main agrarian community in that state, ignored.
In Punjab, BJP has never had a base of support between Sikh even when they chose the party during a long alliance sadly.
Agricultural agitation has increased the gap between the two parties because most farmers in the state are JAT Sikh.
In Gujarat, Pati is estimated to be around 13-14% of the total population and JAT Sikh in Punjab estimated to be around 25% even when BJP confirms that their number is around 18%.
BJP has triggered several Sikh, including JAT Sikh, at a folding party in Punjab and also gave them important positions.
It has appointed former Sikh Sukh Signer Signer students Singhan Singh Kahlon as a BJP Punjab spokesman.
Mostly, BJP focused on making competition election battles between JAT Sikh and others.
The pattern has emerged from the party’s decision and regulates Secretary Dinesh Kumar has made its strategy very clear last year.
Toi has reported articulation on December 10 last year.
“The Haryana model can be replicated in Punjab too,” he said when he revealed his party’s strategy for Punjab.
In Punjab, especially JAT Sikh has become a politically dominant party until now and the remaining 82% remaining from Sikh does not have the right share in power, Kumar said.
“When it became JAT versus all the others in Haryana, BJP formed its government.
If this can happen in Haryana (where JATS has dominated politically and most CMS also belong to the community), Punjab is no different.
Here too, 82% of non-people.
-Jat Sikh never got the chance to have the right strength in power, “he told toi on December 9 last year.
“Until now, only JAT Sikh is in power in the state because only those who become the main minister.
They do not provide respectable shares to others,” said Kumar and added, “We also have JAT Sikh and our approach is inclusive.
We have Sikh at a party.
“This is against this background that BJP tried to win Dalit in Punjab and even announced to make the main Minister of Dalit in the country even because he could not make a strong breakthrough in the SC community in recent years.
Punjab Dalit is not a single entity and two dominant castes between DAITS – Ravidassia / Adidharmis and Mazhabi Sikhs / Valmicis – have not yet grabbed politically.
These groups have competed with others for political space.
Therefore, it is not clear how much the success of BJP will win over Dalit in Punjab.
Another important factor in Punjab is that farmers get support not only from a larger Sikh community but also from parts of Punjabi Hindu and Dalit who have also played an important role in deflating polarizing efforts so far.
