Ranchi: BJP’s opposition prepares to receive legal assistance to challenge the new recruitment policy of the Hemant Soren government for the work of the class III and IV, which was passed by the recent cabinet, referring to ‘unconstitutional and anti-person decisions.
Former Minister of Chief and Vice President BJP Raghubar Das on Sunday begged the state government to include Hindi in the list of languages that can be chosen by a candidate on the state-level test conducted by the Jharkhand staff election commission.
In accordance with the changed recruitment policy, a candidate can choose one of 12 regional and tribal languages, including Mundari, Kharia, Ho, Santhali, Kortha, Panchparania, Bangla, Urdu, Kurmali, Nagpuri, Khurukh and Odia.
For district level checks, a separate language list will be notified by the government.
A candidate will get the weight of the weight after learning the tradition and local customs.
Das said, “While we welcome the inclusion of Bangla and Odia language, but we want to know why Hindi is issued? Hindi is our national language and is also spoken in most Jharkhand.

The most important thing, in Jharkhand, all schools are media Hindi or English and no provisions for studies in tribal languages anywhere to the middle level.
In this light, we encourage Hindi to be included.
“He added that BJP plans to challenge this new diamond policy in court if the government does not include the language Hindi.
“As a first step, we appeal to the Hemant government to correct his mistake.

Das, whose government in 2016 presents local residents’ policies for work, said, “The current policy is solely intended to provide work to outsiders.
In our policy, we have made the provision that a candidate must be born in this situation or must complete The matrix from here.
But this changed policy said that candidates who emerged for the matrix exam or intermediaries from here would be eligible to apply in government work.
This means, every outsider can study class IX elsewhere and then give the board here and then give the board here and qualify for government work.
