Mumbai: BJP will approach the court against Minister Shiv Sena Anil Pariab for bringing pressure to the police to arrest Union Minister Narayan Rane, said the Chandrakant Patil head.
Patil said that the court verdict explained that political disorders were created in the state for retaliation.
“In the past 20 months, the MVA government has made several efforts to involve activists or organizations but failed to be sad and have been slammed by the court.
The same thing will happen in this regard,” Patil added.
BJP Mla Ashish Shelar demanded the CBI probe into Puriab’s involvement in Rane’s arrest.
“There is a video that shows the parab talking to someone around 1 noon on Tuesday about the court session that rejects Rane’s guarantee …
this is suspicious,” Shelan said.
Meanwhile in Yavatmal, a BJP leader has submitted an application that demands pine to the minister to say his partner, Yogi Adityanath must be beaten with Chhatrapati Shivaji “insult”.
BJP President of the Penguidu Regency, Yavatmal Nitin Bhutada, urged the police to register a case against Thackeray and took legal action to say “provocative”.
