Letter: BJP workers were killed outside their relatives at Navsari on Sunday night during past printing.
Parmar Shailesh who had died, who worked as a driver, while leaving for his house, when six people were identified as Sumit Jadhav, Umesh Vanam, Rakesh Solanki, Piyush Thakore, Ajit Mishra and Rajesh were waged, attacking him with pipes, knives and capses.
Police said that Vanam had boiled in anger to take revenge for the murder of his brother Nilesh which took place during Navratri in 2017.
The police said that Nilesh fought with several people including Parmar who had caused his death.
The conflict was completed later as a family of Nilesh and those involved in his death had achieved completion.
Vanam, however, wanted revenge so he planned a murder with five others.
On Sunday night when Parmar approached his scooter, Jadhav hit a pipe on Parmar’s head because he fainted.
Vanam then crashed into a ax at Parmar’s head several times.
When he heard a commotion when his Parmar relates hurriedly helped, the attackers also targeted them.
After a few minutes the attacker escaped in two automatic rickshaws and Parmar was taken to the Navsari civil hospital from where he was referred to a private hospital.
He gave up on his wounds on Sunday night during treatment.
Parmar’s nephew filed a complaint of riots, murder, and criminal conspiracies at the Navsari City Police Station.
On Monday, the police detained Jadhav, Vanam, Mishra and Thakore.
“We have saved it in quarantine and will officially arrest them on Tuesday when their Covid-19 test report arrived,” said a police officer.
