“Even though it did not have power in the state for almost 26 months, BJP had managed to record such success, he said.
“This shows that the network of party workers and local leaders we can provide good results without the support of the strength or government resources.
Shiv Sena received the position of minister’s head, but struggled to remain in third or fourth position in this election.” Said Patil.
“Head of Minister of Uddhav Thackeray seems to be satisfied with his position.
He cares less for his party leaders or parties, because they lose land throughout the state.
The situation has benefited NCP,” he said.
BJP leader further claimed that dissatisfaction among the leaders of Maha Vikas Aghadi was seen, and therefore, they suffered in this local poll.
“BJP has benefited to a certain extent.
Some of our leaders will hold meetings in various parts of the country for introspection,” he said.
The party will hold a meeting in all districts in front of polls for 20 city companies and 282 local agencies in the next two months, Patil said.
