Nagpur: The controversy over Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) moved to the Act of Public University Maharashtra (MPU), 2016, refused to die.
Five days after Energy Minister Nitin Rauut, while talking to Toi, defending the government’s move to change the laws of MPU who claimed people who followed certain ideologies were appointed to the top post by ignoring services in most state-run universities, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Activists protested midnight in front of his residence on Monday.
The expression has a Citier example of the governor, which is a university chancellor in the state, appointed Subhash Chaudhari as the representative of the Chancellor of Nagpur University by “ignoring achievements” to sustain its intent.
Led by the President of the State Vikrant Patil, BJYM Women’s Activist held a protest in front of Raut’s house to demand the revocation of “black bills” through which amendments were passed by Maharashtra Assembly last month during the winter session in Mumbai.
Secretary General of BJP BALYA BUNDKAR and BJYM President Parendra (Vicky) Patle also participated in protests.
According to them, dirty politics should not be taken to universities and academics.
“BJYM will never allow a creepy design of MVA to abuse actions for personal gain.
Today, we hold peace agitation.
If MVA fails to attract amendments, we will intensify protests,” they said.
Claiming that the amendment has disbursed the power of Chancellor to appoint VC, activists painted their requests and protests on the road in front of the minister’s house.
BJYM also plans to hold similar protests throughout the state in front of each of the Guardian ministers from all districts other than members of Parliament and Mlaas Congress, NCP and Shiv Sena in the coming days.
“The government will be forced to submit and roll back amendments.
Another, there will be agitation throughout the state,” activists warn.
BJYM Secretary General Shivani Dani claimed the Chairman of the Government of UDDHAV Thackeray-LED Government had unethically cleaned the bill to change the action, even before the opposition leader Devendra Fadnivis could resolve his speech on this problem.
“The proposed changes are harmful to students.
This is a clear effort to bring politics to noble academics.
The MVA leaders aim to achieve government land and map money through it.
Our women’s wings draw Rangoli in front of the house of the Minister Guardian to wake the government , which is in a deep sleep.
BJYM will create awareness among the masses in this matter, “he said.
The first expression demands changes in action after the controversy erupted on the promise of NU VC.
He then raised the problem in a cabinet meeting last year.
The Minister has quoted some such promises including VCS and pro-VCs separate from the Dean and other nominated members on various legal entities such as the Academic Board and Management and Senate.
