LUCKNOW: Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) pioneer Naresh Tikait, that has been directing the farmers’ wake from the newest farm legislation, said Tuesday his organisation could align with the farming community from BJP in UP assembly elections the next year, even when their demands aren’t fulfilled. “Ye sahi hai ki kisanon ne BJP ko lagataar service kiya. Par ab nahi…UP elections mein hum poora mahul banayenge BJP ki khilaaf (it’s a fact that farmers have encouraged BJP all together, but no longer. We’d create anti-BJP air in forthcoming meeting elections),” Tikait explained, while talking only to TOI on Tuesday. His announcement comes a day earlier farmers’ unions equipment up to watch May 26 as a’Black Day’ to match all the principle of BJP government at the Centre. He stated, six months have passed because farmers have been discriminated against fresh farm legislation, however, the government has turned a blind eyecatching.
