Ludhiana: Member of Bhartiya Kissan Union (BKU) EKTA Ugrahan on Monday began their protest against the state government outside the Mini Secretariat here.
They protested the state government because it did not fulfill appointments.
The Irrahan BKU leader Ekta Gurpreet Singh said that they began protesting the state government such as in the election manifesto they had made a big statement and did not fulfill it.
He added that the Chairman of Captain Amarinder Singh in Poll Manifesto has promised neglect of total debts, to eliminate drugs, regulate temporary teachers, employment for young people but those promises have not been fulfilled.
The farmer’s leader said that after it changed in the face cm, the head of the minister’s current Minister Chararjit Singh Channi only gave Lollypop.
He added that it had been a long time that cotton plants had been damaged by pests in Mansa, Bathinda and Muktsar but despite agreeing to pay Rs.

BKU leader Ekta Ugrahan accused them (the Congress government) only made an appointment, and did not work to fulfill it.

Other Farmer leaders Sudagar Ghudani said that the protest was held in 15 countries and will continue until December 24.
