Black Sighting: Two held for black-marketing

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Police alongwith Drug Control police on Monday arrested two men from Rohtak about the costs of selling anti inflammatory medication Amphotericin B, employed for treatment of mucormycosis, at an extreme rate. The medication can be used as antifungal medication for black parasite infected patients. Offering this info on Monday, a Haryana Police spokesperson advised the detained accused had been diagnosed with Rahul Chauhan, a resident of Hisar and Dimple Sharma of Bhiwani. Both are attempting to market 1 vial of Amphotericin B to get Rs 12000. Police received information that two workers of an Pharma Company was promoting antifungal medication at several times the initial cost. Depending on the input, a combined group of Special Task Force (STF) and Drug Control Officer was included plus a decoy customer was sent, that required 12 shots from accused.
