Patna: The National Investigation Agency on Friday received seven-day prisoners suspected of being based on Lashkar-e-Taiba Brothers Mohammad Nasir Khan and Imran Khan to thoroughly interrogate them because of their alleged involvement in the case of the BPS train station Darbhanga and to find out their future strategies For Pan-Indian terror activities.
They were produced before the Special Court (Nia Act) of the ADD-XV Gurvinder Singh Malhotra on Patna Civil Court at night and after a few hours of waiting, the agency prayer for the detention of the Custodial Duo for the Interrogation was permitted.
Both were arrested from Hyderabad in Telangana on June 30 and flown to Patna on Friday morning about transit delivery.
The explosion occurred in the parcel containing women’s clothing when dumped on the number platform one of the trains on June 17.
The package has reached the train from Secuderabad.
In accordance with Nia, Nasir visited Pakistan in 2012 and was trained by allowing to create an improvised (IED) explosive device from chemicals that were easily available on the market.
Nia also stated that both acted in the direction of their Pakistani-based pen.
The duo was originally a native of Cairana in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh and settled in Hyderabad two decades back.
The court also received a request for Nia to appeal part 16 (penalties for terrorist laws) and section 18 (punishment for conspiracies to try, advocate, conspiring, suggestions, inciting, consciously facilitating the ACT commission that violates the law (prevention) of activity amendments (prevention) ) who violate the law) ACT, 2019 in this case.
Nia sources say that they will take the duo about recharge from Saturday after the two will be questioned further in detail and also brought to several investigative places.
The source said that Nia actually prayed for a ten-day custodial recovery about Nasir and Imran to be interrogated but the court was only seven days permitted.
After production on Friday night, they were both forwarded to the Borisan Urban officials to spend the night before being held by Nia.
Resources of the State Police Headquarters said that special interrogation cells had been prepared in a high-armed police station (Bihar Military Police Ionthar Bihar) to interrogate Nasir and Imran.
Previously on that day, the six team members took the duo from Hyderabad to Patna through Indigo flights around 11am.
Police command of Bihar Police (ATS), provided security protection to the Duo and Nia team, advancing to their headquarters in the state capital in the SUV.
The source said that both were interrogated by the team with ATS and the four-member intelligence bureau team for hours to extract vital initial information.
Nia is immediately expected to make more arrests in the terror plot, notify the sources.
