Patna: The National Investigation Agency on Friday received permission to interrogate the alleged Lashkar-e-Taiba Recruiter Haji Salim in the middle prison of Beur for three days where he lodged in the middle of high security for the alleged involvement in Darbhanga Blast Case Train Station and Wajan -India Terror plot.
Salim, after his arrest with the Associate Kafil Ansari from Kairana in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh on June 2, fell ill.
Nia had taken Salim to Igims on Patna the next day because it could not urinate and afterwards the doctors took it with a catheter.
He was forwarded to Judicial detention with the court that the maintenance facilities needed were given to him behind the bar.
Nia could not bring it on detention for detailed interrogation solely due to her illness.
Agency on Friday prayed before the Adj-XIII Court Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi (special special court) for the interrogation of three days Salim in prison starting from Saturday which was permitted.
Source said Salim was an important relationship between letting terrorist brothers Mohammad Nasir Khan and Imran Khan and the operation of Pakistani-based terror organizations.
“Only he can paint a greater picture of the plot of Pan-Indian terror attacks planned by Pakistani-based handling.
He has also been there several times and can produce important names that are linked to let or fill in Lahore or Karachi to Nia, “A source said.
Meanwhile, Nia did not suppress further detention of the two brothers after they were forwarded to the custody of the judiciary.
Both remained in Nia detention for 14 days as long as they were interrogated for hours and were also taken to Kairana and Hyderabad many times.
The four will be produced again before the court on July 23.
The prison source said Salim was still repaired with a catheter and doctor in prison treated it in consultation with IGIM experts.
“He suffered from chronic kidney disease.
Some Salim test reports were awaited,” said the source.
Sources say Salim and Kafil Ansari are in a high security environment with men who keep them all the time.
“Nasir and Imran will also be stored in high security Ward,” said the source.
Nia caught Nasir and Imran from Hyderabad on June 30.
Although the native of Cairana, they settled there two decades back and entered the garment business.
Nia said that those who prepared IED with liquid explosives, save it in parcel and ordered it on the train from Secunderabad which produced a blast on the number one platform in Darbhanga on June 2, Nia caught two breaks for alleged their involvement in explosion and conspiracy for Responding to Pedegide terror to be executed with both brothers.
