That is a Covid tracking question and medical professionals have asked in the last few days with the death rate of cases that have jumped to 0.06 percent this week because of the 0.03 percent recorded last week.
Data related to hospitalization accessed by Stoi for the past week revealed the number of patients who were fully vaccinated more than those who were not vaccinated and those who had taken one shot.
BBMP data showed a total of 505 Covid patients being hospitalized last week for various reasons, including comorbidity.
Of these, 172 were in public Ward, 161 in high dependency units, 98 in ICU and 74 on the ICU-ventilator.
Of the 505, a total of 276 patients were fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

There is no reason to doubt the benefits of vaccination, it emphasizes, adding that data analysis shows a higher efficacy of vaccines in adults with immuno compromise conditions if they have received the two doses.
Interestingly, Bengaluru Urban (including BBMP) has achieved 82 percent vaccination coverage (as on January 23 for both doses).
“There are other factors that play a role with those who are hospitalized.
In fact, non-compliance with the corresponding behavior of Covid (taxi) causes people to contract the virus at a faster level,” said Dr.
Rajakumar.

The rules.
The rules are not intended to prevent them from just spreading the virus, but also from contracting it.
“A senior BBMP official said:” We have noticed that 80% of those who are in the ICU and ICU-V have such a comorbid Hypertension, diabetes and liver disease.
” Strangely, 20% of the remaining ICU-V receipts were divided between the age group 13-18 and 19-40.
These categories also do not have comorbidity or they have been vaccinated.
