Bengaluru: A three-year-old family, including a pregnant woman, was rejected by an Indigo aircraft to Dubai, quoting that the validity of 48 hours from the RT-PCR negative test report they had been running for one minute.
They are not allowed to ride flights even though they took a fast RT-PCR test at the airport of RS 3,000 respectively.
All Indian passengers head to the UAE must remove this pre-departure test, in addition to bringing RT-PCR negative reports that are no more than 48 hours.
Rukhsar Memon, 28, Suhail Syed’s husband, 39, and his mother Mamtaz Munawar, 63, has come to Bengaluru for their annual vacation at their Nandidurga house on October 9 this year.
Indigo called the “Malang” incident and said that passengers would be “appropriate compensation” for additional fees.

There is no official response from the airline until Thursday night.
