B’luru: 9 months old between 5 families was found dead

Bengaluru: Five people, including a nine-month-old baby, was found dead in a house in Thigalarapalya, outside Jalan Magadi, in the city on Friday night.
Describing it as a suicide pact, the police said they suspected death were triggered due to differences in the family.
However, a three-year-old girl found at home in the middle of a very decomposed body was saved and hospitalized.
The incident occurred at the House of Hallager Shankar, owner-cum-editor tabloid Kannada, near Chethan Circle in the area.
The deceased is his wife Bharati, 51, Princess Sinchana, 34, and Sindhu Rani, 31, son of Madhusagar, 25, and grandchildren of nine months old (Rani).
The four adults are found depending on a different room from the house.
The girl who has been saved is Princess Sinchana Preksa.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Sanjeev M Patil said the incident was revealed about 5.45 a night when Shankar returned home.
Introduction Investigations revealed Shankar away from home for several days and remained non-conformed.
When he reached the house, he found the door locked from inside.
He peered through the window, just to find his family members die.
Police byadarahalli jurisdiction rushed to the place and found the four adults hanging, while Rani’s son lay dead on the bed.
The police suspected that the child might have died because of hunger.
“The reason behind the extreme steps of the dead is unknown.
The police team sought home to find out whether they left a suicide note.
Experts from the Forensic Science Laboratory were examining the scene,” said Patil.
