Bengaluru: Legal Executive Officer Amazon Seller Services Pvt Ltd has filed a complaint against the agent and the three employees for allegedly deceiving the company more than Rs 2 Lakh.
Based on the complaint submitted by Vikram Chaubey on July 1, Kempegowda Nagar police have named Kiran M from KP Agrahara and its employees of Basavaraju C, Vijay and Manjunath as suspects in FIR.
The police said Kiran, was responsible for Mega’s shop, was an agent for Amazon to supply food to its customers.
The company has sent packages to Kiran to ship to its customers who have ordered food and grocery goods in May and June.
But the Kiran agent said many of the customer’s address could not be tracked and several others canceled their order.
The company returns payment to their customers but recently discovered that Kiran did not return the canceled package.
