Bengaluru: 37-year-old businessman from JP Nagar allegedly lost Hospital 3.5 Crore to cyber criminals who promised to help him invest in the Cryptocurrency business.
According to Gowtham, his friend Ramesh TV had invested in business and received profits.
Ramesh told Gowtham, he did not have enough knowledge and invested through a friend, Kunal Anoor Chandarana.
Gowtham contacted Chandarana and as suggested by him, transferred RS 3.5 Crore to two bank accounts to buy Cryptocurrency on May 15.
However, Chandarana is not set for Cryptocurrency or returns money.
Gowtham called the South Division CEN crime police after Chandarana went to communicate.
