Bengaluru: With the last placement starting at several top engineering universities in Bengaluru, institutions expect a good response from the company and increased salary compensation for graduating students.
On the first day of the placement trip at RV College of Engineering last week, the initial clumio based in the US-based annual compensation RS 45.7-Lakh – the highest yet – to two candidates.
California-based data software company Fivetran chose six candidates at Rs 40 Lakh per year CTC.

Students pocketed 30% of the offer.
He added that all engineering branches opened their account in the first week, “unusual”.
Students get more offers, better university payment packages say the highest annual compensation has not been rs 40 lakh.
Registrar KS Shridhar said they hope to see companies that employ a large number of students this year.
“At least 73 out of 120 pre-placement offer converted into the last placement,” he said.
Department of Savitha Rani M, Head, Training and Placement, Agency of the Institute of Technology (RIT), agreed that the trend area is ML, AI and data science.
“The company asks students who have completed projects in these fields,” he said.
Rit started the placement of 2022 in June.
“Virtualization has opened up opportunities for students from companies around the world,” Savitha showed.
Sy Kulkarni, additional director, BNMIT, said students get more than one offer and payment package that is better because of increasing competition in the labor market.
For example, there is a big demand for AI & ML, full stack developer, data science and Cybersecurity role.
“Students who have conducted certain certification are being taken quickly.
There is an increase in an offer of internships as well,” he added.
‘The response might be better than last year Visvesvaraya College of Engineering began his last placement three weeks ago.
“Computer science, information and electronic science and communication continues the trend.
The company is recruiting 10% more on campus.
Thus, the response tends to be better than last year.
The company line up every week to September,” said BM Rajprakash, placement officer at Uvce.
“Demand for niche areas such as coding, artificial intelligence, machine learning and the internet all have risen.
