Bengaluru: Director of the Ministry of Education Public Education and the IAS officer, Snehal R, has filed a complaint of the police accusing a professor of physics forge his signature with a transfer order.
According to the complaint registered with Malleswaram police on Tuesday, the defendant was Shivananda N, 40, Faculty of Physics.
He is currently working at the Pre-University College of Government in Kalasa, Mudigere Taluk in Chikkamagaluru.
Allegations of fake orders stated that Shivananda had been transferred to Maharani PU College, Mysuru.
“The fake transfer order dated on December 27, 2021.
The letter, claimed to have my signature and sent from my office, actually sent by registered posts from the General Post Office (GPO), Bengaluru, to the Principal of PU Maharani Higher Education,” Snehal said.
The defendant had been ordered under different parts of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC), including 468 (forgery for cheating purposes) and 471 (using as a fake document or electronic record).
