New Delhi: BMW Group on Wednesday launched the BMW M240I XDrive Coupé All-New.
Series 2 Coupé arranged to have the prime world at Goodwood Festival Speed on July 2021.
The market launch at the beginning of 2022.
The launch line-up will be pioneered by a high-performance model from BMW M GmbH: BMW: The BMB M240i XDrive Coupé with 374 hp six cylinders, In-line gasoline engines and smart all-wheel drives.
There will also be a choice of four-cylinder gasoline models and diesel whose strength is transmitted to the rear wheels.
The new XDrive Coupé M240i developed a maximum output of 25 kW, higher than the outgoing model and a six-cylinder in-line power unit feature.
The machine displays the latest Turbo Twinpower BMW technology.
The length of the exterior model has increased by 105 millimeters, width with 64 millimeters and wheelbase of 51 millimeters compared to the predecessor model.
While the height is reduced by 28 millimeters, the track widened with 54 millimeters in front and 31 millimeters behind.
The Xdrive M240i front-end design displays individual headlights in the BMW 02 style and the new BMW kidney lattice.
Grille is set vertically with active air flap, not a bar.
Next to him, across the curved wheel that is spoken gives a muscular display.
Coupé has a concise rear light unit with the function of the LED lights rearranged.
2 Series Coupe is equipped with an optional Pro M Sport Package, which can be added above the M Sport specifications.
This package includes: 19-inch light alloy wheels, M sports brakes, eight speed steptronic sports transmissions, front spoiler lips and rear spoilers.
Certain M performance parts will also be available for new BMW 2 coupes from the launch.
The new series of 2 series will be built in the BMW San Luis Potosí factory in Mexico.
BMW introduced Series 2 in India in 2020 as an entry-level sedan in gasoline and diesel options.
But the M variant doesn’t walk here.
Series 2 took people like Mercedes-Benz A-Class, Skoda Superb and Toyota Camry on the Indian market.
