Patna: Student clothing floating by RJD boss and then Prasad, and Minister of Health Minister Tej Pratap Yadav, on Monday demanded a 25% stake for its founders in the 24 seats of the state legislative council, the possibility of going to elections in the next few weeks.

24 seats on the board fell empty on July 16, 2021 after the selected MLC previously completed their six-year term.
The election for 24 seats cannot be held on time because of non-settlement of election colleges due to the delay in the election of Pancayati Raj Institutions (PRI).

Kushwaha said BJP and JD (U) each had to get 12 seats.
Meanwhile, RJD on Monday was named Saurabh Kumar as a candidate for the constituency of the local Champaran Regional Authority of the Board.
West Chamaran District President RJD IFTEKHAR Ahmad Khan alias Munna Tyagi said Saurabh, an engineer by the profession, has made party candidates on the landline of the National Leadership RJD.
