Munich: The 2014 German World Cup winner Jerome Boateng on Thursday was fined 1.8 million euros ($ 2 million) by a court in Munich after being found guilty of attacking his ex-partner three years ago.

The previous defense denied the allegations because she testified for almost two hours.
Previously, the ex-girlfriend of the meeting had told the court how he punched him, causing him to lose a breath for a moment during the argument that was heated during a luxury vacation.
The incident occurred on weeks after the World Cup in Russia, when Boateng was in German troops who were eliminated in the group stage.

While providing evidence, the former Boateng pair described how he was “pressing my eyes with his thumb, biting me on my head and pulling me to the floor with my hair.” He said with Boateng, which was 1.90 meters high (6 feet) high, repeatedly insulted him and hit him behind with “one strong blow and a few light blows.
