Neeraj Chopra has made the country proud when he won a gold medal on the javelin throw of a man, won his first gold medal at the ongoing Tokyo Olympics.
He was finished above with the best 87.58m throw, ahead of Jakub Vadlejch Czech Republic (86.67m) and Veselly Vitezslav (85.44m).
He has now become the second Indian individual to win a gold medal after Abhinav Bindra.
