“Mumbai police control room has received a call around 9.45 in the afternoon on Friday, where the caller said that the bomb had been placed in Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Byculla, Dadar Railway Station and in the Megastar Bungalow Amitabh Bachchan in Juhu,” Said police official.
“After making a call, the Government Train Police (GRP), Force Protection Railway (RPF) along with bomb detection and disposal forces (BDD), the local police team and police personnel rushed to this location and conducted a search,” he said.

At the CSMT station, all platforms, Railway Manager Division (DRM) office, parking lots and other nearby areas are sought with the help of BDD and dog squads.
An anti-terrorism squad (ATS) team, fast response team (QRT), a team from several local police stations, including Marine Drive and Azad Maidan, was also involved in operations, he added.
But despite a few hours of search, no suspicious was seen in CSMT and three other locations, the official said.
The police tracked the caller’s cellphone number and tracked it in the Shil Phata area near the Mumbra in the Thane District, he said.
“The caller is a truck driver from the Marathwada region in Maharashtra.
We have learned that he has a habit of drinking.
He has been held together with one more person and the process of registering violations at this time,” police official said.
