Mumbai: Two Judge of the High Court Bombay on Wednesday set aside orders from a single judge who has last week to hold publishers and distributors’ incomplete – autobiography of Singhania Varypat, Chair of Emeritus from Raymond Group, from printing, sales, and distribution.
The bench that provided assistance to PAN Macmillan Publishing India Pvt Ltd, observed that the single judge while delaying the sale of the book was under the “wrong impression” there was an existing stay.
The publisher has appealed to challenging Interim Order November 4 in the insulting petition submitted by Raymond Ltd against Singhania in a delayed dispute.
The company has accused this book published despite living in the District Court and is also offered for sale through Amazon India.
