A new book offers modern therapy for various conditions ranging from dysfunctional families to age and from dealing with broken hearts and sadness to learn forgiving, through a series of poems and letters.
In “to the bravest people I know,” Ayesha Chenoy discussed a number of these emotions and questioned the construct of ‘normal’.
He said he wrote “this letter for you to give to the people you love, with the hope that my words will help them fight the feeling that they are not enough and help them understand that everyone deserves love, that you are more than you.
Error, and that no matter what, you are brave, because it only tries, to reach that day “.
He hopes his book “can say all the things you always want to say, to make someone you love understand that they are brave, and to help them make it every day”.
“To the bravest people I know,” Serving fear is normal, like feeling insecure; Normal depression, like hurting people.
And courage is about facing everything.
It’s about facing everything that is thrown in people every day.
“I write this book in the hope that it will help understand that you are not alone,” said Chenoy, founder of Repindia Digital Advertising Agency.
“There are many words that have helped me understand the world and help with my struggle – Kahlil Gibran, Haruki Murakami, Isabelle Allende, and I hope I will do the same for you,” he said.
The book, published by Penguin Random House Imprint Ebury Press, has an illustration by Vaibhav Wankhade.
