New Delhi: Delhi HC on Wednesday rejected the CBI challenge for court commands that allowed inspection of documents by P Chidambaram Congress, his son Kartti Chidambaram and others accused in the case of Inx media.
The CBI has tried to set aside the March 5 Order which ruled out the order of aguism that directed the agency to allow document checks stored in ‘Malkhana’ (rooms where the property of the case was saved) by the defendant or their advice.
However, HC did not see services in the CBI challenge and rejected the request.
