Bhubaneswar: The Puri District Administration plans to manage the Covid booster dose to the servants through a special vaccination camp from Wednesday.
Puri District Collector Samarth Verma held a meeting with administrative officials Temple Shree Jagannath on Monday and discussed the steps for the smooth slide of the booster dose for the waiter.
According to the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health Union, Frontline Warriors, and senior citizens with comorbidity qualified to receive a booster dose.
The gap between the date of granting the second dose of vaccines and the prudential dosage must be nine months or 39 weeks.
“We plan to identify servants as frontline warriors and arrange a special amplifier camp for them.
Many of them, most of them above 45 years, can be eligible for a booster dose if the government considers it,” Verma said.
