Ghazni, Afghanistan: In the Ghazni Afghan Provincial Governor Complex, a new historic exhibition was launched before the Rapti Audience of Taliban fighters – part of the wall of the explosion from the former US military base.
One concrete slab was written with the name and regiment of US forces serving in the province during the longest war in America.
Like warriors throughout history, US forces regularly hitched their names on the walls of the base and the fixed position they occupy.
But now the towering block is on the public display – used to increase the taliban narrative to drop US-led troops after 20 years of fighting.
“We have to show this so that Afghanistan, the world, and future generations know that we defeat America,” said Head of Budaya Taliban Province Mullah Habibullah Mujahid told AFP.
“Even if they call themselves the biggest strength in the world.” Taliban troops took the city of Ghazni – 150 kilometers (95 kilometers) in the south of Kabul – three days before the capital fell on August 15.
The region has 3,500 years of history recorded rich, and the Taliban is now busy writing the latest chapter with proof of their military victory.
Push propaganda came when Afghanistan’s new ruler struggled to evolve from rebellion to the power of government in a country on the threshold of economic collapse, with the United Nations estimating more than half the population facing acute hunger.
On the road outside the city nearly 200,000, another informal exhibition for the Taliban victory was established.
Hulks rusted from the destroyed American armored vehicle on display, the weapon was removed, their tires were flat and frayed.
Children climb and pass the debris, which also displays the Soviet tank framework left from the occupation over the Afghan decade.
The invasion ended with an insult for the Soviets, and – with the defeat of British troops in the 19th century – Afghanistan quickly reminded the visitors that the country now won over three foreign kingdoms.
“We are proud of our achievements when we see this,” said the 18-year-old Taliban Fighter Ozair, who is like many in this country with just one name.
“We show that Afghans who are born here can defeat America, a strong country,” he added, surveyed a wrinkled Humvees and the carrier of guessed personnel.
Reminders and two decades from Afghan jobs led by US-led spread throughout the country – some of them can be used.
Many military hardware were talented for Afghan police and the armed forces fell into the hands of the Taliban in the last days of government supported by the US.
Rejeki weapons of weapons, vehicles and uniforms have provided new rulers of Kabul Spoil of Victory.
But hiding the trophies is a credible respect with the return of the Taliban to power to remain a challenge.
Standing on the wall of the explosion, Mullah Habibullah Mujahid boasted that 20 or more written names including “important commanders and generals were killed in battle.
However, the ranks that are registered are all juniors – and there is no feature name on the database of Americans who were killed in the war.
