The ban under the law of the old activity that violates the law (prevention) can be imposed on both the conference faction of the Second Conglomerate Conference which has pioneered the separatist movement in Jammu & Kashmir for more than two decades, officials said.
They said the recent probe in the chair of the MBBS to Kashmir students by institutions in Pakistan showed that the money was collected from candidates by several organizations which were part of the conglomerate conference Hurriyat was being used to fund terrorists in the United States.
Officials said both Hurriyat factions tended to be banned in section 3 (1) of the Long Act Activities (Prevention) (UPA), “if the central government believes that every association, or has become an association that violates the law, it is possible , with the notification in the official Gazette, stating the relationship to violate the law.
“They said the proposal was debated in accordance with the policy of the tolerance center against terrorism.
