Boy Died Catching Kites in Idar Village

Palanpur: In a surprising incident, a 15-year-old boy died after being trapped in Stepwell while trying to catch a kite in Mudeti Village from Idar Taluka on Sabarkantha on Sunday morning.
The incident took place around 12 noon on Sunday when the boy was identified as Ayah Kumar Sutariya, a 9th grade student runs after the kite and when trying to reach the kite that falls with mud.
According to eyewitnesses, Aayush ran blindly staring at the kite just in his efforts to catch him and see him slowly falling to make a plunge to catch him but it fell inside the VAV.
The police have registered cases of unintentional deaths and started investigations.
According to police officers, by approaching the Sankranti Makar Festival, children, especially on Sundays, playing with kites throughout the day without supervision of adults who lead to tragic situations.
