Boy died in shooting at the wedding; murder allegedly

Agra: The 16-year-old boy was killed when he was hit by a bullet fired from a relative pistol during the functions of the wedding in the area of ​​Khandauli Agra on Thursday morning.
After the family claimed the murder was intentional, two people were ordered for murder.
The police checked CCTV recording recovered from the place to see if the shooting was intentional.
The victim was identified as Dharmendra Singh, a groom’s cousin who was a class X student who came from Rajasthan.
The incident occurred between 3-4 in the morning at Sri Vrindavan Garden, police said.
While the victim’s family accused the suspect to kill Dharmendra, the police said it could be the case of “wrong handling” pistol loaded.
This gun is owned by a retired army from Hathras, who reportedly gave it to the defendant, Vivek, 19, after he insisted on seeing him carefully, police said.
After taking a pistol loaded, Vivek pulled the trigger and bullet hit Dharmedra on the chest.
CCTV footage shows that the victim stands with four other people, when the bullet hit it from a point-blank range.
Dharmendra rushed to the hospital but he gave up on a road injury.
According to the police, three bullets were fired and the third crashed into the boy.
The victim’s brother, Anil Kumar, said that Dharmendra came to Agra on June 28 to attend a wedding.
“He came alone here and on Thursday morning, we were told about his death,” he said, adding that “someone had killed him intentionally”.
Arvind Kumar Nirwal, Station House Officer from the Khandauli Police Station, said that a FIR was registered against Vivek and Gyanendra Singh under the IPC Section 302 (murder) and 34 (actions taken by several people in the continuation of general intentions) and further investigations take place.
