ThiruvananThapuram: Anti-narcotics’s special enforcement and squad head here on Friday arrested two young men who allegedly peddle marijuana and narcotics drugs under their work cover as a partner of the prominent food delivery of the online food delivery platform.
Officials also confiscated 1.36 kg of marijuana and 100 nitroat tablets from them.
The defendant was identified as Sreejith, 23, Vanda near Nedumangad and Vaisakh, 22, from Vlavetti.
They were arrested after the team intercepted their vehicle in Karuppur.
According to excise officials, the Duo was accused of several cases, including alleged police attacks, as well as several cases of vehicle theft.
