Tuticorin: A 14-year-old boy was arrested on charges of sexual harassment a four-year-old girl in a village in the Tuticorin District of Tamil Nadu.
The defendant was a class IX student in a private school in the city of Tuticorin.
His father was no longer and he lived with his mother.
