New Delhi: The government Haryana on Wednesday was transferred by official, who was caught on the camera instructed the police to “break the head of” farmers during protests.
Karnal Sub-Division Judge (HR), Ayush Sinha has been transferred and posted as the additional Secretary of the Government Haryana, the Citizen Resources Information Department (Crid).
In the video, Sinha can be seen asking police officials to ensure protesters do not cross the barricade and to “break their heads” if they do it during the protest of farmers in Harnal’s protest.
“No matter what happens, no one will cross this barricade.
We can’t let this line be violated at any cost.
Let me clarify, break the heads of everyone who tries to cross.
I am a task judge, and I am giving you These instructions in writing.
At them with your stick directly …
we have enough styles available.
We haven’t slept for the last two days.
But you have come here after sleeping.
No one has to break Cordon.
And to me, ” Sinha said in the video.
The video made criticism from a few quarters, including the BJP Varun Gandhi leader, who said that if the video was “unedited”, “this is not acceptable.” Haryana Deputy CM and Jannayak Party leader Janta Dushyant Chautala previously said the judge would face action.
Minister of Manohar Minister Haryana Lal Khattar admitted that the choice of words by Sinha was wrong.
But he defended the police action itself.
“If they want to protest, they should do it peacefully.
If they jam the highway and throw stones at the police, then the police will also take steps to defend the law & order.
We will examine it and take the necessary actions,” Khattar said, “said Khattar “Khattar said.
Last week, some farmers blocked the highway after the police allegedly made a group of protesters.
The farmers protested the meeting of the upcoming city polls chaired by Khattar.
